2. Data we process
- Technical browsing data needed for security and operation, such as IP address, date, time, requested page and device information.
- Form data: full name, email, telephone number and the content of the request.
- For Transfer requests: pick-up, destination, date, time, passengers and optional flight number.
- For features and partnerships: business or project, proposal type, subject and message.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Form data is used only to answer an enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange contact or evaluate a proposal. Processing is necessary to respond to the person's request and, where applicable, to take pre-contractual steps. Technical data is processed for the legitimate interests of service security, abuse prevention and correct operation.
Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing. Form data is not used for newsletters or promotional messages without separate, specific consent.
4. Required information and security
Required fields are necessary to handle the request. Without them the form cannot be sent. Data is processed electronically with safeguards intended to reduce unauthorised access, loss and unlawful use.
5. Recipients
Data may be handled by the portal operator and necessary technical providers, including hosting and email services, only within their functions. Transfer enquiries reach the service's operational inbox; publishing and partnership proposals reach info@ogliastra.net. Data is not sold or made public.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to answer them and normally no longer than 12 months, unless a contract begins, a legal obligation applies or the data is needed to protect a right. Security logs are retained for periods proportionate to their purpose.
7. Your rights

8. Automated decisions and children
The forms do not use automated decision-making or profiling and are not intended to knowingly collect children's personal data.
